How does the 7-day free trial work?

Diamond Shark Pro starts with a 7-day free trial — full access, no charge until the trial ends. If you don’t cancel before the trial is over, it converts to the standard $29.99/month subscription. You keep full access throughout the trial either way.

How do I cancel?

Your subscription is managed by the app store, so you cancel there — not inside Diamond Shark. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Diamond Shark → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel any time before your trial ends to avoid being charged.

How am I billed?

All billing is handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Charges, renewals, receipts, and refunds are all managed through your app store account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and its data at any time inside the app, under Settings → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@diamondsharkbaseball.com. Note that deleting your account is separate from canceling your subscription — cancel through the app store as described above.
