We operate the website at diamondsharkbaseball.com and the Diamond Shark Baseball mobile application. • Location data — we do not track or store your physical location
• Contacts, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device permissions
• Financial account information — all billing is handled by your app store

• Operate and maintain your account and subscription
• Deliver the analytics content, picks, and model outputs the app is built around
• Send you important account communications (subscription changes, service updates)
• Improve the engine and app experience based on aggregate usage patterns

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Replit (hosting), Apple/Google (subscription billing), and standard analytics tools. These vendors process data only to provide services to us and are contractually bound to protect it.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business transfers: If Diamond Shark Baseball is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new entity under equivalent privacy protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data (used to improve the engine) may be retained indefinitely — it contains no personally identifiable information.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session tokens with 7-day expiry, layered rate limiting, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data.
